Thankyou so much I thought the day was absolutely amazing.I got so many insights and tips into applying,the cabin crew role,and interveiw techniques.It has also been such a confidence boost,I feel like I know what to expect and how to overcome things in a interveiw situation.I also understand the role so much more from Annie's 'day in the life' and Mark gave so much handy advice and tips not to mention making me feel confident and making me laugh.you read so many things on the internet but it's nice to consolidate all your information into one day when you get told the facts not old wives tales from forums.You are both absolutely fantastic at what you do I think your such lovely people.I recomend this course to anyone.All I have to do know is apply and down to this course I can do it with confidence.....Money well spent for a career....THANKYOU XXXXX

From the moment I stepped into the room where this course took place, I had the biggest smile I have had in a long time, Mark and Annie are very lovely, funny poeple. They make you feel at home. I was pretty nervous making my way to this course, but as soon as I got there, the greeting I got was just so amazing and it sure made my day! I had alot of fun. I recommend this course to anyone hoping or thinking of becoming a Flight Attendant. The course gives alot of information about the role you wish to do. Cabin Crew has been my dream job and now it's become more of a reality job, I have gained so much confidence and I will be applying for easyJet shortly

: I had a brilliant day, i really enjoyed it. Mark the course tutor absolutely made the day. He was friendly, and funny and kept the whole group interested throughout the whole day.
I walked away from the course with some really useful tips for any forth coming interviews, and gained experience in interview situations, which improved my confidence and gave me an idea what it is they are looking for. I also gained a basic knowledge about the industry and what to expect from a career as cabin crew.
I would definately reccomend this course to anyone who is wanting to become cabin crew.

I think that the course was very informative and taught me a lot about the job role and made me want to pursue my career goal as cabin crew even more.
Mark and Annie were great! Very friendly and helpful and the day as a hole was really fun and I enjoyed every minute.
Worth every penny!! Was a bit worried it was going to be a waste of time and money, but was the complete opposite.
I would recommend the course to any one thinking about looking in to cabin crew as a career, its a great in sight and they give you lots of helpful tips with the applications and interview process. I would even do the course again ;-) Brilliant day!

I booked the course without any recommendations, so was very surprised to discover how much i learnt from Mark and Annie. This cabin crew course is a must for any one wanting an insight into the aviation industry of cabin crew. Both Mark and Annie are great trainers with a wealth of experience and knowledge. The day started nerve wracking, bet there's no need, as the day is filled with exciting tasks, and everyone as a laugh as we are put through our paces i left the course on abit of a buzz. I am now more motivated more then ever to become cabin crew. Fantastic day well worth the cost.

I didn't have really high expectations when I booked to attend this course, I just hoped to learn something that would help me during the assessment day I have coming up and didn't think £99 was too much to lose if it didn't do what it said it would, but I was blown away.
An Excellent rating doesn't even do my experience justice - it was amazing!!! A huge smile from Mark as I walked through the door in the morning set the standard for the entire day and I haven't been on a course where I've laughed so much in a very long time.
Not only was it enjoyable, it was informative, the people I met were lovely and if it was a flight, I'd definitely be booking again! The one to one feedback session at the end of the day is invaluable and I feel much more confident about my assessment day.

I am so so glad I came across this website. Thank God!! Mark is an absolutely fantastic trainer. Not only did he help me before I attended the course, he will continue to guide me thereafter. He made each and everyone feel special and his infectious energy kept our attention throughout the duration of the course. Mark is like a firecracker exploding with valuable information and if anyone has any doubts as to whether they should take this particular cabin crew course, as there are many out there, I wouldn t hesitate, as he s given me loads of information to confidently make it through the interview. : I thoroughly enjoyed my day! Mark was very fun, informative, full of energy and really friendly. He made everyone feel welcome and at ease. The only thing is I thought there was going to be a lady on the day. It would have been nice having some make up tips etc. Mark did discuss these points though.
I have come away alot more confident about everything. Having detailed everything the job entails I know I am more than capable to do it which will give me more confidence when it comes to the intrerview process.
I think the best part about it though is all the after course support you receive. Having the help there makes the process a lot less daunting!

according to me, if one wants to join an airline, I would suggest they attend a cabin crew course as it is extremely beneficial.
One cannot hesitate in enrolling for this course as it is a perfect combination of meeting friendly people, growing in a healthy atmosphere, sharing the same dreams and emotions and being taught by amazing people.
Inspite of the short length of the course, believe me its more than enough to learn the basic but efficient SKILLS to be succesful in an interview.

I had an excellent day which was jam packed with all the essential information you need to know about health and safety and customer service. I met some fantastic individuals including Mark and Annie who all made me feel very welcome. All day on bank holiday Monday I was singing the 'Cabin Crew' song to the YMCA which we put together in some team work - I just couldn't get it out of my head haha!!!
I learnt some really useful hints and tips which I put to practice on my interview - It really paid off!!!
This course is worth every penny and I can't thank Mark enough for all the after care he has given me - interview techniques, new vacancies with different airlines and practice papers.

Having been on a plethora of courses throughout my 20 year career, this was by far one the highlights.
The whole day was structured extremely well and very informative, coupled with excellent facilitation from start to finish from Mark and Annie, there wasn't any periods off 'drifting off', boredom or lack of enthusiasm.
A Cabin Crew career was 'sold' to me on this day and I would strongly recommend it (and have done already- in two days) to anyone thinking of a change of career, targeting Cabin Crew or at a loss as to what to do next in their life!! The best money I've spent and thank-you for a truly great day!

An absolutely amazing day, learnt so much in the best way possible. Mark was an absolute hoot, i havn't had that much fun in a long time. Let me jus tell u....i heard so many reviews, about this course, weeks before i attended, i wasn't sure it was going to be as good as everyone made it out to be, bUT....... I was totally wrong, it was sooo worth it.....!!! you get to learn everything in jus ONE DAY!!!!, which i thought was brilliant, rather than some courses, that take 6 months to a year. theres jus so much information, from interviews to flying high...... the course is very formal, relaxed, i met some lovely people, our tutors Mark and Vanessa made me feel really welcome. What can i say about Mark, our course tutor, He's a TOP MAN!!!!, He had us all giggling, he was absolutely telling some real jokes... making all of us laugh throughout the day. He certainly know his stuff about becoming a cabin crew. he made me feel really special, leaving the course, and feeling.... Happy, positive, confident and ready to apply for airlines. Going on this course will make your dream come true, and i say dat from the bottom of my heart, its a huge step u will have taken by going on this course and becoming a CABIN CREW!!! This course was unbelievably amazing! I was so emotional listening to the 'day-in-the-life' that I was almost in tears (how embarrassing that is to admit). It made me realise that I need to apply and I need to apply now because there's literally nothing else I want to do with my life!

I would definately recommend this course to anyone who is interested in becoming Cabin Crew. Everything you read about Mark on here is true - he is a brilliant guy who puts you at ease the minute you step in the room.
The first half of the day gives you a brilliant insight into a day in the life of Cabin Crew, what's expected of you and what you can expect from the job. The second half goes further into what to expect from the interview situation and what employers are looking for from you.
I am so glad I waited until I attended this course before applying for any potential jobs as I feel I have a much better knowledge of what airlines are looking for. The after care the course offers aswell is invaluable from checking over your CV to providing sample maths and english tests.
Now comes the exciting part of putting all the things I learned into practice ......

Well what can I say, Mark was fantastic in helping all of us prepare for interviews we had or just help to gain experience! I had an interview with BA coming up and thanks to the course I got the job :) I really enjoyed myself, met some great people and just had great fun all day.

It was a really fun day and also went over what to expect if you get invited to an interview. Once the course if finished you can still keep in touch over email and Mark is more than happy to help. What can I say, Mark is the very best at his job to make everyone feel relaxed and ready to start the course day. He's is just full of energy and so clued up on his job. I was wondering at first if it was worth doing this course. I would like to say to anyone wanting to get a career in the airline industry, this is a must! The helpful tips that you would just not think of will get you on the right foot at an interview. So if you are thinking is it worth it. I say go for it. I stayed the night before in the hotel so I would be fresh for the course, it was the best value ever. So much fun and laughter along the way. Your comments about the training day: I did not know what to expect on the day but as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Mark who was very upbeat and welcoming and he made you feel at ease.
The day went very quickly and was very helpful with great tips and advice for interviews. I found the group presentations fun and enjoyable.
After failing to pass the 1st stage of my Easyjet Assessment day, my confidence was very low and after attending this Cabin Crew training day I feel so much more confident and well prepared to go back to another assessment day.

I thought the Cabin Crew Course was imformative and very useful. Before the course I was at such a loose end, not knowing where or how to apply or even knowing the stages to becomeing cabin crew. The trainers were very friendly and enthusiastic and they obviously enjoy what they do. I am really excited about my future now and I thank Mark and Charlotte for this as their enthusiasim has made me more determined to suceed and become cabin crew, (including re-locating if I have to which I never considered before now). The course itself was not too expensive and a very small price to pay considering the amount of support available to me now. Thanks a lot guys!

This training day is brilliant and Mark the course trainer is who made it even better. When i enrolled on this course i was worrying about if it was going to be worth it and as good as everyone says on the website, but by the end of the day i was feeling so confident that i could become cabin crew i would now have payed twice the course price if i knew it was going to of been that great.
I am now applying to airlines and i am sure i will get a interview sooner or later as the cabin crew course and Mark the trainer has given me knowledge in all aspects of filling out applications forms, first impressions to the 2 on 1 interviews on the recruitment day.
Just want to say a BIG thanks to Mark who really is an excellent trainer and is so funny he makes every one feel completely comfortable within seconds, so thank you for making the day so great Mark. I really enjoyed the training day..i met lots of new people and feel like i know a lot more now i feel alot more confident to go on and apply for airlines knowing the things i know, charlotte was great and really helped alot by showing us lots of different techniques and just being helpful...i also enjoyed the afternoon the most mixing with the rest of the group making a pretend advert about the course so fun and everyone was laughing and joking all throughout the day, this course is worth the money if i could of stayed longer i deffinatly would of done that! i really enjoyed it and met some lovely people...thanks a lot charlotte xxxxxxx

I found the training course very helpful and useful. It has gave me more of an insight to what is required of me as a cabin crew member & at interviews. Mark was fantastic. He is what made the course so enjoyable. Mark was very outgoing and cheerful at all times. He gave us all the information that was required and listened to our questions very intently and responded in a very positive manner. I personally gained so much confidence from that day and it was all down to mark. I came away feeling that i can do a very good job in my future career as cabin crew and can not wait till i get a job. I'm still excited now. Mark also made it clear to us all that he is always there if we need anything which is fantastic. I could not of asked for a better trainer. Even when an individual did not think she did something correct, he always praised them for trying and found a positive thing they did do. He never once said "you did that wrong" which made me feel i can do any scenario and not be criticized for it. I loved that day so much i could do it again. Mark is a great asset to your company.

I was so nervous before the training day. I travelled from Glasgow and stayed overnight in the hotel which made me feel so much more relaxed and I didnt have to worry about travel, parking or running late on the morning of the training day.
I would recommend it to anyone who would like to take this career path, it gave me the confidence to go for it and start applying to airlines.
It has only been 2 weeks and I have been invited to easyjets assessment day, which I am very pleased about.

I really enjoyed the day course held at Bewleys Hotel next to Manchester Airport. This course was so much more than I expected and answered all of the questions that I had prior to the day. I learnt so much that I would have never even thought about the interview process for cabin crew. Every aspect of the day was useful for the career of a cabin crew, and I had fubn while learning as well! Mark was an amazing tutor and made everyone feel immediately welcome. I made some great friends and I would advise anyone who is serious about a career as cabin crew to do this course! It so worth it, especially with the aftercare that is available to you as well!
Finally, I thought the venue was warm and welcoming and there were plenty of refreshments for us throughout the day.

What a brilliant day, really was worth every single penny, I booked the course about a month before and was a bit anxious as to what I was putting myself up for but after attending the course I was so pleased I went for it... My favourite part was actually doing the safety demonstration you actually really get a real feel for it. I went to this Manchester CC course, very open minded, unsure of what I wanted to do after university... then at 5:30PM, I came out knowing exactly what I want to do.

For any of you "wanna be" cabin crew considering a cabin crew course then this is WELL RECOMMENDED!
I was also once in a situation where I was looking through courses and came across many (some more than 1 day!) you may be reading this and thinking why this course?!... Right??

Mark was an absolute fantastic trainer. He cleared all anxietys about the role of air cabin crew that i had and made me feel that I am fit for the job. The course itself has been constructed so well that all aspects of working as cabin crew are covered using real ife situations and common knowledge. I would recommend this course to not only prospect cabin crew but also senior cabin crew as it could work as a fantastic refresher course. Thank you for rebuilding my confidence again.

Comments about the training day: What can I say about the cabin crew course, it was a fantastic day from start to finish! Charlotte was just brilliant - ridding everyone of the pre-course nerves, giving a thorough insight into the cabin crew job, assessment days and training, and answering all my questions.
And of course if you're reading this as someone considering attending the course, the bottom line is you probably want to give yourself an edge when it comes to getting that all-important job. Well, I applied to Thomas Cook Airlines in early March, was invited to an assessment day soon after, and here I am a couple of days later with a job offer, waiting for my new contract to land on the door mat at any minute!
That's all with little previous customer service experience and certainly no experience of working as cabin crew. What the cabin crew course did was to enable me to present the experience I did have, in the application forms, assessment days and interviews, in a way that was attractive to the airlines - attractive enough to get me a job at the very first attempt.
In short this course made the whole recruitment process a comparative breeze, as I knew exactly what to expect and what the assessors were looking for in applicants. In my opinion, if you've booked your place on this course then you've already taken a huge step towards a cabin crew job. Enjoy it, and good luck!

course trainer myself it was great for me to be able to sit back and

Even though I was concerned as I thought I would be too old to apply
for the role of Cabin Crew, they both made me feel that I have

day from the first minute i walked through the door mark and
charlotte made me feel at ease and were so funny. I would recommened
this course to any one wanting to become cabin crew as it was both
informative and professional .

for a fantastic cabin crew course. I had really great fun, and
learned a lots of for me important things. made a lots of great
friends and of course Mark and charlotte..... were absolutely
fantastic!!:-)they made me smile and confident all day!!!:-) very
friendly, nice, funny people:-)really enjoyed that!!!

alot better than I expected! Laughed all day!!! Everyone was
friendly and seemed as if I had already met them before! Worth going

Comments about the training day: I am 42 so feel I
have gained considerable life skills so I found much of the course
to be common sense. However, I have gained valuable insight in to
the interview process and in particular the exams I should expect to
take on the day. Mark and Charlotte have given me confidence as I
know they will help me now every step of the way.
I found Mark's energy and enthusiasm refreshing ,of which partnered
with Charlottes caring and professional manor was a perfect
combination.

Comments about the training day: What a fantastic
day, couldn't fault it. You could see that the trainers really loved
their jobs and the course was delivered in a fun way, which meant i
could really relax and they put me at ease. The after course help
and notes from the course have been really useful.
Would recommend this course to others and worth every penny.

Comments about the training day: Mark and Charlotte
were both very helpful throughout the day and made me feel at ease
right from the start. The course was very informative and although a
little on the expensive side im glad that i attended. After
receiving the online manual and videos after the course, I felt that
the price seemed more realistic. The manual is very good and it will
come in very useful for me when i need to refer back to the
information. Overall I am very happy with the course and i would
recommend it to other people interested in becoming cabin crew.
Thank you for an extremely good day, which was both informative and
fun at the same time!

Comments about the training day: The course was
well worth every penny and covered everything you need to know to
get a coveted flying job. I now feel very confident in my own
ability to perform well at interview and also to produce a
successful application. Mark and Charlotte did a great job, they are
both very passionate about flying and helping others to achieve.
