Comments about the training day: The whole day was excellent, both Mark and Charlotte were excellent they made the day really enjoyable and fun. They answered the questions that needed answering. They have made me more determined to be an air hottess. I would really recommended the course to anyone hoping to be cabin crew.

Comments about the training day: I thought Mark and Charlotte made the training day both fun and informative! It was a very intense day and they were there to not only teach us the basic cabin crew skills they also built confidence and made everyone relax and believe in themselves. I would never have believed so much could be taught and indeed absorbed in such a short space ot time! On saying that i did still manage to see mamma mia that evenin and have a boogie !! Once again thank you to them both on starting me back on a career path!

Comments about the training day: Can i just say a
big thank you to my trainers for making the day so fantastic. Being a
course trainer myself it was great for me to be able to sit back and
be taught such great tools in a fun, relaxed plus very professional
environment.
Even though I was concerned as I thought I would be too old to apply
for the role of Cabin Crew, they both made me feel that I have
actually a lot to give and would be ideal in that role.
Anyway thank you for a great day and I would recommend anyone to do
the course who is thinking of applying for Cabin Crew. At least now
I know what to prepare for if I am successful in being offered an
interview.

Comments about the training day: I just want to say a big thank
you to both my trainers for all their time spent on the day
of the event. I felt so privileged to have attended and had the
opportunity to meet people from all over the world. It was an
amazing day for me and hope so for all the other candidates who
participated in the event. I now feel I can apply with confidence
and have learnt a lot of techniques throughout the day. I would
definitely recommend the academy day course for anyone that has a
passion for becoming a member of cabin crew. Mark you was such a
great laugh throughout the whole day, which definitely eased the ice
in the room and charlotte you made us all believe in ourselves that
we can do it and to tell us about your story made me want this even
more. I hope one day I can be in your shoes to tell everyone what
such a great life it is and how you have enjoyed every minute of it.

Comments about the training day: hey everyone.....what can i
say about the course. If I tell you my story you will believe that
whenever u want to do something nothing could ever stop you. I meant
to attend the course about 5 times, and every time I went to go, something just happen, but on the 28th of june i did go, and that
was the best day in my life, and charlotte and mark was the two
angels that help me with everything and helped everyone, they are
lovely, i adore them actually, the course helped me alot, they
explained to me all the things that i needed to know, i was nervous
but then i loved it..i recommend it to everyone..you should go their
and you going to learn alot of things, and you will enjoy the day, and
which is more important you will meet two adorable people mark and
charlotte..

Comments about the training day: The day was
brilliant - funny, energetic and most of all really gave you a
confidence boost and those inside tips you need to get into the
industry!
The day has given me a lot more confidence to keep pursuing what I
really want to do. This isn't a run of the mill course, it was very
well prepared and the trainers were really open about the life of
cabin crew.
Would really recommend it - you meet some fabulous people and have
fun whilst knowing your getting that bit closer to that life
changing interview.

A quick note to say thank-you to yourself and Charlotte for the
fabulous seminar on Saturday at Manchester Airport.

Comments about the training day: I am 42 so feel I
have gained considerable life skills so I found much of the course
to be common sense. However, I have gained valuable insight in to
the interview process and in particular the exams I should expect to
take on the day. Mark and Charlotte have given me confidence as I
know they will help me now every step of the way.
I found Mark's energy and enthusiasm refreshing ,of which partnered
with Charlottes caring and professional manor was a perfect
combination.

were both very helpful throughout the day and made me feel at ease

little on the expensive side im glad that i attended. After
receiving the online manual and videos after the course, I felt that
the price seemed more realistic. The manual is very good and it will
come in very useful for me when i need to refer back to the
information. Overall I am very happy with the course and i would
