I wasnt sure if working as cabin crew was for me. I didnt want to waste my time applying for jobs to then find out months down the line that I didnt like the job, so I decided to try the cabin crew course and see what the job role was really like. I was very nervous before I attended the course as I thought it could be intimidating and I didnt want to embarass myself in role plays, but as soon as I arrived I was put at ease. Mark and Annie were such good fun and made me realise I really wanted to work as cabin crew. They went through the job role, tips on applying and how to get through the assessment days, which gave me confidence to start applying. This was the first time I had mixed with other like minded people, so it also meant I built up a network of people for support.

I applied for Virgin Atlantic and British Airways straight after the course and was invited to both assessment days. I struggled with my nerves and felt I had performed well in some tasks and poorly in others, so didnt get either of these roles. But Mark kept emailing with advice and encouragement and I decided to use these assessment days as practice. This meant when I went to the Etihad interview I understood the process of the day, was a lot calmer and was actually excited to get on with the tasks (never thought Id say that!)

I attended the assessment day and will be moving to Abu Dhabi in to start my training and my new life!

I would of been a lot less prepared and less confident if I hasnt gone on the Cabin Crew Course, and I probably wouldnt of carried on applying after 2 failed assessment days, so Im really greatful to Mark and Annie for that! Thank you so much.

Mark and Annie were so helpful and friendly and I would recommend the course to anyone. It gives you an insight into the life of cabin crew and also helps you when you have an assessment day. Even if you decided the job was not for you, you could apply the interview skills to any job.

We had to complete three group exercises at the assessment day, an interview and a test. The cabin crew course helps you to prepare and to know what to expect.

I cannot wait to start my flying career, it will be like no other job and staff travel wow, what a perk!

I left college in 2007 and since then I have been looking for a Cabin Crew career. I was struggling and had lot disappointing news and wasn't getting anywhere with it, I was searching on the internet for something that would help me. This is when I went on this course and I had a great day, it was such a fun day and packed full of useful tips and techniques. I met some lovely friends on the day plus Mark and Annie, who made everyone feel so relaxed.

After the day had finished I got applying to more and more airlines. Mark and Annie checked all my applications, they got back to me within no more than a couple of hours. Before I knew it I had been offered 3 interviews.

On my way to the interviews I felt so much more confident in myself than what I did before. Last week I got the call to say I had been offered a training course with BMI baby. I attended the Cabin Crew Course at Gatwick because I wanted some expert advice on how to become Cabin Crew. From the minute I walked in I can honestly say that I have never met a more friendly and bubbly person than you Mark!! Im not a shy person, but I was nervous about attending, and all of this went away as soon as I met you! lol! The day gave me a fantastic insight into being Cabin Crew....the role and responsinilities, health & safety and guidence for your assessment days and to top it off I met some wonderful people who to this day, I am still in contact with - friends for life!

I came away feeling so confident and started applying for airlines. I had an assessment with British Airways and because of the guidence I was given, the day didnt seem stressful at all, infact I really enjoyed it. Three days later I found out I had been successful.

My Succses story: After attending the cabin crew course in Manchester I applied for British Airways. After submitting my application I was accepted for an assessment day/interview.

A week after the interview I was accepted for mixed fleet cabin crew where I will be based in Heathrow Airport and am due to start my training now.

I had an excellent day on the course which was jam packed with all the essential information you need to know about health and safety, customer service, customer conflicts & even the way you should dress & present yourself! Donna Hardcastle - successful with Jet2

I didn't really know what to do for a career until I heard from friends, who are employed by airlines, how much they love going to work everyday.

After researching the role of cabin crew and what was required I decided to book a course and joined Mark and Annie in Manchester at the Hilton Hotel, in order to find out more. They were so helpful and friendly that I instantly felt relaxed and more confident in my abilities to persue this career.

I started applying for jobs and heard back from Thomson and Jet2.com. I unfortunately failed the test with Thomson by one mark and therefore I practised and practised the test papers that Mark had emailed to me, so I could go more prepared for the Jet2 interview.

I thought about all the information that Mark and Annie had given me on how to act within the interview and was successful with Jet2.com! I am so excited at the thought of my new life and can't wait until early next year when I start training.

I would recommend the course to anyone who is interested in not just a change of career, but lifestyle, as Mark has so much enthusiasm to give and you can tell he really loves what he does. He also offers great help and advice after the course via email, with anything from general questions about the career, to help with application forms. Hi to everybody, and I am delighted to tell you I have been successful in being accepted for a place on the Jet2 training course at Leeds/Bradford. I have got to say a huge 'Thankyou' to Mark for his help and advice since I attended the Cabin Crew course in August - it has taken me exactly 2 months since the course to be accepted for Jet2, and I have contacted Mark many times during this 2 months for advice. His response has without fail been positive and rapid, and he kept me going when at times I felt overlooked!! Anyway, Now I am raring to train and begin my new career, following a very enjoyable assessment day with Jet2, for which I was obviously well prepared during the cabin crew course! I would like to say a massive thanks to Mark and Annie for a fantastic day and all the help they gave me. I attended the cabin crew course at Manchester as I had an interview coming up and wanted some advise and help with getting through the selection process, so I booked my self on the course to gain knowledge and confidence and I am so glad I did.

From the moment I arrived Mark and Annie made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The day went so fast and I gained so much helpful information which helped me with my interview.

Mark and Annie run through everything you need to no about being cabin crew and what the assessors look for on a recruitment day, you do lots of fun activities including the safety demo and literally don't stop laughing.

I attended the cabin crew course at Manchester and had a date for an assessment day for BA a few days later and was unsure whether or not it would be worth it for a whole day so close to my assessment and also the cost. I had seen the reviews on line and read all of the success stories and thought if nothing else, it seemed like it would be a good laugh.

From the moment I arrived I knew I had made the right decision, the course instructors Mark and Annie greeted each person with a smile, making everyone feel at ease. Anybody who is nervous about being around groups of people or strangers need not worry as everyone is so friendly, happy and everyone is there for the same reason as you...!

The day flies by, you don't realise that you are actually learning things as you are having so much fun while you are doing it. You are given the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, nothing is too much trouble, Mark and Annie were there to give as much help and guidance as they could. You will leave the day feeling confident and prepared to apply for your dream job and to succeed at interviews. I learnt so much from this course, and I think it could apply to any job, not just cabin crew. So even if you come away from the day thinking Cabin Crew is not for you, you will have picked up skills that will apply for any career.

For me, the whole process of applying, having my assessment day and receiving my e-mail to say I GOT THE JOB!!! has all happened so quickly. I am waiting for my training date now and I can not wait to start!!

If I hadn't of attended the course, I wouldn't have been prepared, I wouldn't have known what to expect or how to react or what to do, but Mark and Annie prepared me for this and boosted my confidence. It really did help me out.

With having a dream of wanting to work in the aviation industry as cabin crew but lacking in confidence I decided to attend a cabin crew course in order to try and attempt to boost this confidence. After reasearching many courses of which were available I decided to book myself on this course as I had discovered that they had a good rate of people becoming successful.

When the day arrived I was excited and extremely nervous and was greeted by Mark who I have to say is an amazing bubbly person who is able to completely make you forget about your nerves.

All I can say is that I genuinely encourage people to take this course as what you learn (I.e. how to present yourself, how to behave, answering questions that you may get and also the types of tests you may get, just a few to mention) is what your needing to apply towards interviews, assessments etc in order to get you your dream job. This course definatly prepares you for that!

The day flew by for me as not only are you learning you have soooooo much fun and meet amazing people. Throughout the day my confidence had definatly been built up encouraging me to apply.

I applied to Monarch airways, of where I emailed Mark soo many times that I lost count, asking for help. Within minutes of emailing I had a reply back every time. Even after the course I was recieving emails of encouragement and help.

The cabin crew course really helped to show you exactly what is asked of you from any airlines world wide. I had seen the Cabin Crew Course online and couldn’t decide whether to spend the money on it, but after applying to a couple of airlines and getting nowhere I decided to give it a go..

It was a great decision as the course teaches you everything you need to know about getting a job as cabin crew! As you get training on the job the course just prepares you to write a good application and how to get through the assessment day.

After the course I got through the application stage with three airlines, and then was successful with BA! I couldn’t believe my luck to get a job with such a great airline. I know I would never have done it without going on this course, and the help afterwards was fab too!

I attended the course at Manchester about 2 months ago just after finishing my a levels at college. I had a really good time and met really nice people, it was such a relaxed, friendly environment in which I immediately felt comfortable in. Mark made it so fun and was a great laugh it was not too serious but I learnt a lot which really helped me when applying for airlines.

2 weeks later I applied to British Airways, I was successful about getting an assessment day and then successful about getting the job! I could not believe it as it was my first ever interview for any job! I definitely think if I had done the interview with out the knowledge from Cabin Crew Course I probably wouldn't have been successful! It is definitely worth doing and you have such a great day!

I can hardly believe what I'm about to say but thanks to Mark and all his help I've been offered a job as Cabin Crew for BMI just one month after attending this course - and it was my first interview!

After looking online I picked this course as it had some great feedback and I thought it would be the best place for someone like me, without a great deal of customer service experience, to start. The day in itself was just brilliant, Mark puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door and you get to meet some great like minded people. The afternoon session with the role play and interview techniques really is invaluable. I can't stress enough how many of them I used during my AD and 2:1 interview with BMI. Also it doesn't stop there, Mark couldn't have been more helpful when it came to checking over applications and answering any little questions I had.

Since being offered the job with BMI I've also been offered Assessment Days with FlyBe and Monarch when they start recruiting again, so it just goes to show what this course can do for you. I can't wait to start this new chapter of my life but I can honestly say without Mark & this course it wouldn't be happening.

Hi, I just really wanted to let people know how much this course helped me getting the job as cabin crew. I attended this course at the Holiday Inn Gatwick, my instructor was Mark, he is a brilliant instructor, he is full of humour and really makes you feel welcomed from the first instant you are there.

I made a lot of friends in this course, and kept in touch with many of them after the course, and most of them that I know got through to airlines as cabin crew. I learned everything I had to know in order to pass the assessment day's and also had an insight of what cabin crew job is about. Assessment day's which include interviews are extremely hard, there are millions of candidates to be selected, and each of you are assessed individually, I tried 3 different airlines before I finally got through the fourth one which was with Monarch Airlines.

Not only that, Mark my course instructor was always there for me, even after the course, and I was surprised how fast he would reply to my emails which many times he got back to me within an hour, so I don't think I would of got a better support than this compared to other courses.

Well now I have also passed my training course, I got my wings and already have started flying, and can't express how good this job is!!!!!!!

I really reccommend everyone this one day course, which is very worth the money if you really want to become a Cabin Crew, or even if you just want to know what cabin crew is all about.

I attended the course at the Hilton in Manchester and it really gave me some invaluable information about the role of cabin crew and the route in.

The very next day I applied to British Airways. The day after, I received an email informing me that my application had been successful and I was invited to an assessment day. In less than a week, I was in Heathrow for the assessment. I have since been contacted by British Airways to say that I have been successful and am awaiting a date to start my training as CABIN CREW FOR BRITISH AIRWAYS!!

Jenni Clark - successful with British Airways

I am 46 years old, almost 47 and this has been a life time dream from early school days but because of circumstances I never fulfilled my dream but was always VERY envious of crew when I saw them over the years!! I've done the mum bit, a job I am proud of and my boys are 19 and 22 and independent so now it's my time. I really thought I would be to old to apply but after chatting to a friend in the industry she prompted me to make changes in my life.

I emailed the Cabin Crew team before signing up for the course and they said I had as much of a chance as anybody else. Well the proof is in the pudding, I am SOOOO happy that I have been accepted, a new chapter of my life is beginning.

So i attended My interview for BA Mixed fleet, the day was great, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made us all feel at ease. I have to say though that doing the online course and the day course at Gatwick with Mark stood me in good stead and his after course help he gave me really was a huge asset, so thank you.

I felt this course was money well spent as it prepared me for what to expect at the interview and made me more confident about applying and I relaxed more on the day. I think the online course will help me for when I do the training as I will know what to expect and will be step ahead. If you want something in life, you have to put the effort in and go get it...

My first interview with airlines was total disaster... I was rejected after the very first session. Then I realized that I don't know how to act during the assessment, what to do and not to do, how to create great first impression. After that I found the one day cabin crew course.

I flew from Dublin and enjoyed every single minute of the day. Course trainer Mark was very encouraging and helpful. He explained things very well. I got all information I needed, how to create great first impression, how act during the group work, what king of qualities airlines are looking for.

Hi guys, I had always wanted to become Cabin Crew but decided that I needed help before I took the plunge of applying to different airlines. This is why I decided to book the Cabin Crew course at Manchester. On the course, we learnt many different things including; the requirements and qualities needed to become Cabin Crew, the importance of teamwork and the importance of customer service as Cabin Crew. Hey everyone, I previously booked this course because i had an interview with BA coming up and wanted to be well prepared! I learnt so much on the day, some stuff that i genuinely think helped me. Hey I would like to say a huge thank you to Mark (the course trainer). I attended the London Gatwick Cabin Crew course. I chose to do this course as not only did it have great feedback but I also wanted to gain more information about the role of cabin crew.

Soon as I walked through the door Mark made me feel at ease straight away and I knew that I was going to be in for a fun and exciting day. The day flew by and I got so much information out of it, also the practical activities were really enjoyable and you make lots of new friends on the course as well.

I sent off my application as soon as I got home, 3 weeks later I was offered an interview. Soon as I arrived at my interview, I passed the math and English test and the group work scenario, and 9 of us were chosen to get to the interview stage. 4 working days later I recieved an email saying that I was successful.

I feel that the course is definitely worth the money and I encourage anyone who wants a career in Cabin Crew to book on this course now. I wouldn’t have got my dream job without the help and support I received from them. I attended the cabin crew course just on a whim really and I can honestly say its the best thing I've ever done to aid me in my cabin crew career. Since then I applied to every airline I could think of and got interview with them all bar one! I was so surprised, as I wasn't expecting any interviews let alone nearly all the ones I applied to!

I was successful with Thomson, Monarch and Jet2 and I have a job with Jet2 and I'm due to start training in a few weeks time ready for summer!

I can't stress enough how good this course is and how helpful it is! Not to mention Mark is an ace guy, he taught me everything I needed to know, even down to the little things like how you enter room! Believe me it makes a difference!

Seriously though, anyone wanting a career as cabin crew should do this course! Plus airlines love to see that sort of thing at interviews from experience!

The one day course at Gatwick gave me a great insight into what to expect with the assessment day I had coming up with British Airways.

The course was fun and informative and Mark is just fantastic. As he said at the course, it is usually a 'fear of the unknown' which makes you nervous. For me, personally, the course dispelled this fear, as after having attended it, I had a great idea of what to expect from my assessment day. Moreover, the course is outstanding value for money.

For anyone out there who is considering cabin crew as a career, I thoroughly recommend this one day course. You will have a lot of fun and pick up some great tips to help you in achieving success.

I attended the Cabin Crew day course at London Gatwick, soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by Charlotte (excellent trainer) , the whole day was great, Charlotte made us do serveral tasks to give us a feel of what it would be like to be Cabin Crew.

I applied for easyJet on a seasonal contract and i had an email from them saying that they would like me to attend their assessment day. The easyJet assessment day was very intense first we had to do a maths and english test, I will admit it was difficult but i must off passed to get through to the next stage, which was the group exercise, it was all about working as a team, I passed that stage aswell and then had a 1 to 1 interveiw which lasted 53 minutes. 4 Days later I had a call from easyJet recruitment team saying that I got the job and my contract would be permanent instead of seasonal! I was so happy that I got the job as it was the very first airline I applied to.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Charlotte for her hard work on helping me get through to this stage, i feel that if I never attended this course I would not have been where I am now. Once again, Thanks!!

Zoe - successful with easyjet

I sent off an application form to EasyJet about 2 months before i had my air cabin crew course, but luckily when I heard i'd been offered a place on the EasyJet assessment day, I actually had the air cabin crew training day 4 days before my EasyJet assessment day. The cabin crew course training day was so helpful, because our trainer Charlotte set the whole day out pretty much as an airline interview assessment day. Charlotte covered everything from application forms to 'a day in the life of' cibin crew. She listed helpful hints of how to impress on assessment days like positive body language and she gave examples of the difficulty of the maths and english tests which they ask you to complete at interviews. Other than the important information that we required for any airline assessment day offers, Charlotte also made the day enjoyable by offering us all the chance to take part in role playing and to have a go at the stereotypical cabin crew task of the pre-flight routine, highlighting the exits of the plane and so fourth, which was fun. To be honest, I think because Charlotte had previously worked as crew for an airline, it really helped all of the people on the course, me included, to have a realistic and honest insight into what was expected at airline interviews. Therefore, when it came to my assessment day four days later i felt extremely prepared and ready to impress. All the noteds I had taken on the cabin crew course training day were extremely worthwhile and helpful, as I revised them at work a few days before my EasyJet assessment day so I felt 100% prepared. If I hadn't taken the air cabin crew training course, I'm unsure whether the outcome of my interview would have been different, because it was just so helpful and I would definately recommend it to anything thinking about a career in becoming cabin crew. Thankfully, I passed both stages on the assessment day and so was offered a 2 on 1 interview two days later back at Gatwick, and then heard a week later that I had been successful, and am due to start my training on the 7th December! I cannot believe how this whole experience has turned out. I only sent off my application form in the first place as a sort of test to see whether how i wrote my application form was any good or not, and luckily it was! But it really was Charlotte and the cabin crew course who gave me the confidence to pass the through each stage, to eventually suceed! So Thankyou!!!!!!

After going through my whole application process from when I updated you on my success for interview with Emirates Airline....Well since then I've been successful through all stages and is now in United Arab Emirates-Dubai.....Awesome...

I actually finalise all paperworks etc last week and received my final decision and received my 'golden call'.

Im going through induction and then onto my INTENSIVE training.......Then I flyyyyyy....

Charlotte-Toyota...we both took the Cabin Crew Course at Gatwick and it was such a shock to see we both had made it here....another AWESOME....proves that you are a brilliant teacher....with great success....

So I just want to say thank you for your direction because this cabin crew course was what paved the way and showed me that there was a strong possibility that I would have been a success....

I will be enjoying every moment of this experience and looking forward to having it as my long-term goal...

What can I say about the cabin crew course, it was a fantastic day from start to finish! Charlotte was just brilliant - ridding everyone of the pre-course nerves, giving a thorough insight into the cabin crew job, assessment days and training, and answering all my questions.

And of course if you're reading this as someone considering attending the course, the bottom line is you probably want to give yourself an edge when it comes to getting that all-important job. Well, I applied to Thomas Cook Airlines in early March, was invited to an assessment day soon after, and here I am a couple of days later with a job offer, waiting for my new contract to land on the door mat at any minute!

That's all with little previous customer service experience and certainly no experience of working as cabin crew. What the cabin crew course did was to enable me to present the experience I did have, in the application forms, assessment days and interviews, in a way that was attractive to the airlines - attractive enough to get me a job at the very first attempt.

In short this course made the whole recruitment process a comparative breeze, as I knew exactly what to expect and what the assessors were looking for in applicants. In my opinion, if you've booked your place on this course then you've already taken a huge step towards a cabin crew job. Enjoy it, and good luck!
