Terms and conditions for the Cabin Crew Course

Payment Terms: Enrolment on a course is not confirmed until all fees have been received in full by Career In Travel.  Career In Travel reserves the right to decline bookings without explanation.

Cancellation: You may cancel or change the date of a course for which you have enrolled and be fully refunded all course fees, provided you give Career In Travel at least 21 days notice in writing prior to the training days commencement.  Changes within the 21 days notice period a sliding scale of charges will apply as follows:

21-15 days notice (60% refund of course fee payable or change or course date)

14-7 days notice (25% refund of course fee payable or change of course date)

Less than 7 days notice (100% of course fee payable)

All cancellations and request for date changes must be received in writing including email, and receipt of request confirmed by Career in Travel.

If you change the date of a course for which you have enrolled, the above sliding scale will apply from the original date booked.

Alterations & Cancellations by Career In Travel: As each course requires a minimum number of delegates to ensure maximum benefits for role playing etc.  Career In Travel reserves the right to vary or cancel any courses should this become necessary. 

Changes to Personal Details: It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details held by Career In Travel is correct and to notify us of any changes e.g. name, address. Written notification of changes in personal details must be sent. Career In Travel will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information.  Confirmation of details can be made by application to Career in Travel.
